We deliver from our yard at Virginia, SA. Freight is priced by zone and by the number of units on the order. You can also collect from the yard.

Product prices on this site are ex GST. Freight rates include GST. On a quote the goods and the freight are on separate lines, and each total says which basis it's on.
How freight is priced
- Your zone is set by the delivery postcode, from our freight zone map. If you're not sure which zone you're in, send us the postcode and we'll confirm it.
- The base charge covers the first 50 units. Each unit after 50 adds the per-unit rate for your zone. Units are counted across the whole order, not per line.
- Kerbside is standard. On-site placement is the kerbside rate plus 15%.
What counts as a unit
One sleeper, crib or plinth is one unit. Heavier bulk items are counted by weight against a standard sleeper, a 2.0 m Lonsdale STD at 74 kg. A full pallet of 30 kg Adbri bags counts as 12 units, the same weight as a pack of 12 sleepers. Other Adbri pallets, part pallets, loose bags, bulk bags and steel are counted by total weight ÷ 74 kg, rounded up to the next whole unit across the order.

The towns are examples only. Your postcode decides your zone.
Worked example: 180 units to Zone 3, kerbside, is $220.00 + (130 × $4.40) = $792.00 inc GST.
Kerbside or on site
Kerbside means the order is dropped at the kerb. On-site means we place it on site where you need it, which saves you moving it twice. On-site costs the kerbside rate plus 15%.
What we need from you
- A phone number the driver can reach on the day.
- Site access details: how the truck gets in and where the goods need to go.
- Anything unusual, told to us when you ask for the quote. That includes narrow or restricted access, a single long or heavy item, or goods that need a crane or hiab. The standard rates don't cover long or heavy items or crane and hiab work, so we quote those separately.
Time on site and access
The first 30 minutes on site are included in the delivery charge. Where a site is hard to access, a delivery surcharge may apply at the driver's discretion.
If nobody is on site
If the site is safe and accessible, the driver may leave the goods and take photos of where they were left. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're unloaded.
If the site isn't safe or accessible, the goods go back to the yard and redelivery is charged at your zone rate.
Changing or cancelling a delivery
If you cancel or change a booked delivery after 2:30pm on the business day before, the full delivery charge applies.
Damage in transit
Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, if anything arrives damaged. It helps us sort it out quickly with you. Faulty goods are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. See our FAQ for returns.

We confirm your delivery date when we book it. A quote isn't a booking.
Collecting from the yard
923 Old Port Wakefield Road, Virginia SA 5120. Our team loads the order and you sign for it at the gate. Call 04** *** *** to arrange a collection.

Adbri pallets
Palletised Adbri product carries a $55.00 ex GST deposit per pallet. We refund it if the pallet comes back within 30 days in reusable condition. To return a pallet:
- drop it at the yard,
- have us pick it up on our next delivery to that site or another of your sites, or
- have us collect it from site, for a fee.
Bulk bags aren't returnable, and there's no pallet exchange on them.
